Hi, guys. Looking for Zapi fault code list for Combi SEM-2 controller. This units are used in Mitsubishi and Caterpilar electric trucks, maybe somwhere else. Have problem with Cat EP12KRT - display fault AL6 on dash and nothing happen(no drive,no hydraulic). Diagnostic LED diode at controller gives 5 blinks. Read somwhere its down to power conntactor or isolator swith, but checked all from batt to main conntactor and seems to be fine. Batt is charged, voltage OK. Are someone know is the main conntactor powered by board or straight from key switch, as there is no power to coil.Seat switch is bridged. Any advice welcome. Cheers. Zygmunt. This mistake ZAPI was a hydraulics and a drive at a controller. I mean 5x the red led flashed and blocked the module. Freezingspray í squirted both modules onto the neighbourhood of the current sensor and this improved him temporarily. The mistake recurred at both unfortunately. At this time the hydraulics module I exchanged it it LM2904es ic-t and his neighbourhood the capacitors, was good again until 1-2 days. I tested it today the OFFSET on helitrimmer cca. 2/3-ot to turn away onto left and both machines got fixed. I am waiting for till when they should like it.
This offset helitrimmer the one that is near to the engine accessions. Is this somebody's idea, that what and where it would be necessary to distribute it in the current heart in order for it to be possible to portray it with an instrument. Anyway the hydraulics module when blocked vot, as soon as I screwed it onto left HELITRIMMERT, the blocking ceased immediately. How tip the HALL sensor- current sensor?
5 flashes is "I High At Stand".
This problem occurs on most Zapi units but mostly on B1 and H2's.
Basicaly, the pot calibration for the currect sensor (if i recall correctly on a sem2 its a bc487 transitor which is used) moves with time due to vibration and the fact Zapi have used cheap pots for years.
If you send to Zapi the fix will be new pots and adjusted again. If you would like to try yourself you need to adjust the pot(there are two pots, one is the currect limit and one is the gain) its the the gain pot you need to adjust, its the one furthest away from the front of the unit. Adjust it down until it starts to move back up in the opposite direction then move it 20 mV back up the faster rising side.

Hello! In most cases AL 06 means "no communication" between controller and display. Maybe any wire is cutted. Please tell me the model of the controller and the display.
I hope I help you
Thanks for help. Change main conntactor(probably coil fault) and truck start drive and lift, but the fault AL6 still comes up on display. Do I have to connect interface to conntroler to reset the faults, or it should be gone ones fault has been removed and reset by swith key? Cheers. Zygmunt.
More than likely a current sensor fault. They can sometimes be set up with pots in the controller. Seems to be a common fault on the Zapi units.
For me are similar to the H2B ZAPI
