Hyster S50FT:
Steering keeps locking up

We are working on a Hyster H60FT F187V03620C
The steering keeps locking up we have changed Hydraulic pump, Check relief valves, changed out the Steering orbitor. Hydraulic pump pressure is reading 2200 to 2400 lbs. It worked for a week and now it will not steer. it looses the Power steering.

the technician has changed out both valves on the control valve is there another valve we should check?

Had the same thing happen as Brewski mentioned. Remove and clean that valve that is located in the control valve. It isn't hard to do.

This sounds like a priority valve problem. We have had some stick due to debris in the valve. Valve is located in the main valve first section.
