Genie Z-45/22:
Drive Motor will not start

Above plus points do not make contact on any of the operations attempted. All functions were operational. Once in the Basket primary lift was raised and the the Secondary was raised. Only able to continue to raise but neither Would lower. Once on ground no fictions would work?
