Mazda VA and Ua engines

Looking for information on how to remove push rod tubes from the head. I have to replace the o-rings at the bottom and can't figure out how to accomplish this. Please help.

We did that about 2 years ago. It's a little difficult but we removed the Distributor, Valve and side covers, and valve rods. We made a tool and pushed them from the bottom up threw the side cover opening. The engine was in an older Hyster S35XL I think. Hope this helps
