Yale NE030MANP45T095:
Help replacing drive wheel

Hello, hopefully someone can give me some insight into how to replace the drive wheel on my lift. The skin or tire around the wheel has come off and I would like to replace it. I just can't see how to get under the lift to replace it. My lift is a Yale stand up - picker. Model # NE030MANP45T095. If someone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance - Henry

Thanks, I just wasn't sure if I could get a jack under it. It sits pretty low. Any suggestions who I should purchase the part through?
Thanks again

Can't up jack it up, block it, and get in there to get the lug bolts off? You may have to steer it one way or the other for better access.
