Discussion:
No lift

60FCTT180, serial # 9A112870
machine has no lift function. Tilt and s/s still work, have no power to lift switch, jumped around driver board and everything worked for 20 minutes, then quite again, and now lost tilt function. Not real sure we have the correct schematic for the machine either. Some of the wires are not in the locations that the print is saying they should be. Can anyone shed some light for me? Thanks in advance!

Is it 48volt, 72volt or 80volt?

Does it have contactor controlled hydraulics or two EV100 cards in the back, one for traction & one for hydraulics?

By 'lift switch' are we talking about a switch on the linkage at the valve block or in the sevcontrol silver box?

If you have problems with both lift and tilt its most likely a tilt interlock issue, either mast height switch or one of the switches on the left hand tilt cylinder or an issue with the tilt interlock board or relays. Lots to go wrong on these!
