E60XM2-33 TRACTION MODULE BURNT UP NO STEER MOTOR NOW

I have a Hyster E60xm2-33 and the traction control module burnt up. I replaced it and put the lap top on it to input my old traction hours. My steer motor will not turn on now. The only way to get it to work is running a jumper from the ground to the negative side of the steer motor coil. Then everything works like it should.

What did I miss or do wrong? Any help would be appreciated?

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
