Atlet 200DTFVRG 820 UGS no hydraulics

Hi

Has anyone had a fault with a Atlet 200DTFVRG 820 UGS no hydraulics.

Lift only works with the lever pulled fully back, no reach tilt or side shift.

Can anyone help?
