Raymond EASI OPC30TT:
View and Clear stored fault codes

Hey everyone,

Working on a Raymond that has a flashing wrench light on the dash. Also, operators claim while lowering the unit stops, alarm sounds and needs to be manually lowered. Unit works good after cycling the key switch. I can access the system and scroll through test inputs and outputs ect. Is there an area in the maint section that I can view and clear fault codes through the dash or does a computer need to be used?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, the battery is too low, sounds like a bad battery, the older OPC's were sensative to voltage

Worked on this unit more today. I'm pretty confident that this system doesn't store fault codes. Just displays them when the fault happens. I could be wrong, but I can't find any area in the system that shows any stored fault codes. Got the unit to fail while lowering and travel with fault code FH (battery voltage out of range). But, never while lifting. Did load test the battery earlier this week and today with same results, voltage drop to around 21.4 volts. Checked for shorts to the frame ok and static strap good. Has anyone experienced anything close to this? Bad battery?
