Yes Danny I understand what you mean now, my traction controller was definitely faulty, i tested it in another truck. After replacing the traction controller I am getting error 115(steering contactor), I have ruled out steering controller and contactor, is it possible the fault can be coming from my hyd controller?? Thanks

The motor has an encoder to give positioning feed back to the controler, on jungheinrich machines it is part of one of the motor bearings. This is an ac truck isn't it?

I would check the motor encoder first as they are quite common on these and it's the cheaper of the 2 options.

Probably bad controller,

19-Disable armature faulty;
Power stage short circuit
(for AC)
The error may be
triggered by the faulty
speed sensor in
connection with
AS4814Plus controllers.
Sensor wheel wobbles
(elliptical) or the sensorsensor
wheel gap is too
big. In this case the
component is not faulty.
A short circuit cannot be
resolved by switching the
truck off/on.

70-Component fails to
respond orresponds
incorrectly to self test

Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
