Steer problem

Hi im working at the above truck. Its a 3 wheel electric. The truck burnt out a drive motor,it was replaced and now i see why the motor has burnt out. On steering to the right the truck stops. Steering to the left is fine. The r/h motor is not slowing when turning right. I have checked all the microswitches for steer position and all ok. Any ideas?
