once again

Could anybody tell me, what are electrical parameters for transistors TSM002 , TSM001 (manuf.Toyoda) used in power
blocks to supply motors -driver and pump? Trucklift Toyota FBM16.
I've been trying to find it out for ages.
I need to know Vce, Ic, P. At least Ic should be enough for me. Thanks

Hi Terence,I have not found anything, seems it is almost impossible to find it out. However , I did not need it finally, you have to search some problem around them (transistors).Write me an e-mail, we can discuss about it if you want to.

Hi Vavco. It has been over a year since you posted requesting info about TSM002 and TSM001. Did you find any data about the transistors and diodes? I have a 5FB18 which has the same kind of trouble, works for a few seconds ok, then burns out the main drive transistor. Thank you.

The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
