Nissan TX40N (Unicarriers) 3 Wheel electric Electrical problem

Nissan TX40N (Unicarriers, TCM FTB20A1) AG1N1-720183,

Steer angle sensor fault code 470X, steering becomes difficult, accompanied with P/cont and D/cont temp sensor problem fault codes 436, and 426. With random code 450 and 452.

If cooling fans are operating, truck is OK; fans do not kick on when they are supposed to, with no fan operation, problems are worse.

We replaced steer angle sensor in column area, removed and cleaned battery, visually inspected all connections, suspect VCM but not sure. Your help is appreciated- reward! Thanks.
