Forklift will not self test

I have a crown 5200 that will not self test it just shows TEST an shows all the emblems lite up and stuck right there I believe it's a CAN problem I've changed all the acess 1,2 and 3 access 3 is blinking 222 but that does not help. has anybody had this problem before

Is the cover touching 1 of the acces 1 buttons down, when keying truck, is it stuck in lamp test?
