slow speed forward

hello
i have problem with a pallet jack Raymond 102T F45L.
the trouble is when going forward, goes too slow.
which may be the possibles causes?

were can I get the switches. I contacted Raymond Company but they want me to buy a service contract. Having a very hard time getting anything from Raymond. Thinking about selling equipment and going with a better company with better customer service.

You may be missing second handle switch, it's broken or bent. Need to check both switches at base of handle. Someone may have changed settings and it will go slow as commanded
