fault code 177-4

We have a yale glp080vxngae086 serial number j813v01572l. It started throwong the code 177-4 thos morning. The unit is running fine and have physically checked over the unit. Any help on what the code is would be appreciated.

Checked out the sensor, apparently the wires were exposed right at the connector. repaired the connection and haven't had an issue since. Thanks for the help!

Better to troubleshoot the sensor then just chnage parts IMO.
But yes, it would be due for a trans service.
Be sure that the trans case breather is clean as well.

Just noticed the unit has just under 2000 hours since last trans service. You thinkit might just need a service or change out the sensor?
