JLG 20DVL "30 Error Code"

I have a JLG 20 DVL Axxessor that is throwing a "30" error code. "No comms - traction control module" Does anyone know what causes this error message. I know that JLG no longer uses this traction control module and has a new part number for it. The ground module says that the batteries need charged, but they are fully charged and have been load tested. I have completed the steps in the troubleshooting guide for this code and it says to replace the module. I hate to spend $1500 on a module if there is something simple I can replace on the board - resistor, relay, etc.
Thanks in advance for any advice you may have!
