According to my experience - you may have the problem with the tiller PC Board or the tiny microswitches on it.

But first, i'ld check the the white plastic pieces (axle, tooth wheels, spring, etc) which are inside the tiller head. They "transfer" the traction control from the acceleration "wings" to the electronics.
50% of traction problems in these trucks are caused by the wear or defect of these small plastics. You can buy them as a repair kit.

I know your deepest secret fear...

Check the brake micro switch circuit. Check the pins in the plug that connects to the tiller card, sometimes the female pins in the plug wear or spread open and may look ok but can be making poor contact.

I tested the motor and it is ok. When a arm the contactor with 24V the motor works.
The microswitches are ok too.
May be all the head unit....
I can't find any other wrong.

First of all,i would check the power fuse(150A if im not wrong)then wires(on the bottom of the tiler arm, most frequent damaged). To test the drive motor you can raise the truck of the floor and feed the drive contactors with 24v,should run if motor ok.
