Nisan 1B1 battery is overcharged error

please help with Nissan fb15 1B1 48v.
error indicates that the battery is overcharged.
all settings are correctly installed, the battery voltage is within the norms.
I do not understand what the problem is
ask for any help

thank you for your help, sorry for the long answer. were problems with the Internet.
the wires are OK but the problem appears after about 3 minutes
have questions, possible change settings remove the problem?
if so, what kind of.

I agree with jeremy s.......also you can jumper the two wires and see if code goes away.

What i used to do all day now takes me all day to do.
Check the wires on the bottom of the Emergency Disconnect Contactor if the wires fell off and someone put them on the wrong terminals it can set this code, take the two wires and switch them to the other 2 empty terminals. I have had this problem a couple of times and that has corrected it. Some ED Contactors don't have the two switches at the bottom though. Hopefully that is all it is.
