BT LPE 200 (E200 Code)

Hi there,

In a BT LPE 200/8 a problem has occurred (code: E200). The machine is working in a floor which is partly in bad condition. Every time the BT passes across the broken part of the floor it slows down for a little while sometimes it stops (in a big pothole) and displays the E200. I've checked the motor (brushes, wire connections) and looks ok.

Can anyone help?

Hi Kostas,

E200 means field wires open, motor shunt field's circuit is open.

Should check first wires, motor connections at E1/E2 and also motor controller (curtis sepex)connections S1/S2. If shunt field's circuit is open truck displays E200 fault
