Customer complains the batteries die to fast. We have load tested and charged the batteries not finding any problems. Checked all cable connections to ensure clean and tight. The batteries installed are the GNB Champion sealed. The lift has 313 hours. Lift does not show any codes. Has anyone come up against this problem or would have a service manual that would assist in troubleshooting. Thanks for all the help.

Thanks for the help and information. Batteries were just used up. Yes I agree, not a big fan of the Champion gel batteries. Have a great holiday.

Work Hard and Fish Long
very common problem
measure the battery voltage with the truck powered up
then measure the voltage at the terminal board left hand front
position 2 the white wire
maximum allowable difference is 0.5v
finding the voltage drop can be difficult but check keyswitch
we are fitting a lot of relays to overcome this fault

When the customer says ,"batteries die to fast", is it the gauge showing low or the truck moves slow? I have seem battery indicators go bad and show dead batteries when they are actually ok. Just a thought. I am not a fan of the Champion batteries, I have come across a bunch of bad batteries from them.
