Hi 1 have alarm 1 on both controllers and my main contactor is not pulling in. Battery voltage is fine (swapped) and all fuses are ok. 48v pos supply to the contactor is ok but i dont seem to have a neg. Any body any ideas of why i have no neg at contactor?? Hi gents thanks for the info. Got problem sorted today. Turned out that a the truck had a steering fault originally and that the steering card had been changed proir to me getting there. On checking the steer card I found it to be the wrong type. A steer card and a steer pot later the truck was back in action.

Hi mate, battery is fine under load and key s/w supply is good. the truck is an etv216 2004 model. Which controller do you suspect might be faulty?

HI Mate

If battery is good under load. If key switch and supply to the controller along with all supplies are checked and found to be ok, then its possible you have a faulty controller.
What is the truck you are working on? Model?
