Problem on charger controller

Dear all,
I have a komatsu truck FB18EX-7 / serial 62181 with battery charger on board type. The charger indicate the failure after charging a few minutes.
The battery charger is using charger controller P26-020 DC48V.
Please advise me how to repair this charger.

Fact of the week
