Display Problem in Jungheinrich ETV 114 Years 2010

Hello All

anyone can give me advice to fix the problem that i faced it right now?

In Display Jungheinrich ETV 114 Years 2010 the battery indicator is always blank when i changed the battery to the new batery afer charging.

the functional for hydraulic is off,but for the travel is ok.

to make this normal again the operator of unit, must be shutting down the forklift about 30 minute's and playing switch on to off

after 30 minute with that way.the battery indicator is normal again.

my question is what failure can make this happen?are some parts is broken or what?

iam verry need advice from all of you who have many experience for this.because almost all of the unit that my customer have with type ETV 114 in their warehouse has some problem.

thanks for your advice

joram_s is right.

You need to clean the contactor K6 contacts, even if they look good.
When you measure your contactor, voltage (48V), after switching seems good, but not at the start.
Error is initiated in the fifth part of a second.(200ms).
Best regards

Fact of the week
The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
