Discussion:
Distributor for Yale G51C

I just got handed a 1969 Yale G51C lift missing the distributor. Model# is G51C-040-CAD-083
SN#P-169693

Yale dealer said its obsolete. Engine is a 6 cyl gas. Any chance of finding a distributor for this? Help with the engine type would be great. Lift is in pretty good condition -- looks like previous owner was troubleshooting a no-start.

Thanks

Try hot-spark.com, they make new electronic distributors for those engines.

Thanks guys. I'll call Monday. I was reading up on the Ind30 engine and I'm wondering if the distributor would be the same from a Dodge with a 230 engine. Might be easy to find aftermarket.

I would call Atlanta Lift Salvage and ask if they have a distributor for a Chrysler IND30 motor.
