E07 is explained as Main contactor (MD) drive Tr is defective (in CPU board:Tr4) or Main contactor coil is open.

Either the contactor is open, bad coil or driver on main circuit board is bad

E32 is explained as Chassis EMG switch is defective or it's circuit harness is disconnected. Is either a bad EMG switch or defected or damaged wiring.

There is a chance that one error is also causing the other error.
