Discussion:
Cat P5000

I have a Cat P5000 that is creeping. The mast tilts forward on its own. I have resealed the cylinders.
Is there a counter balance/holding valve built in to the tilt valve?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated since I don't have a manual for this machine.

It might be the spool in the Hydraulic control valve is bad,the centering spring may be broke in the bottom of the spool, holding it open, that is if the reseal job was a good one and all.....
