Hi mapapada;
Let's see if we can work you through the road block with this 24 volt truck. With the power distribution panel cover off that in the truck's rear, look for the traction drive's control module on the right side as you are in the seat. You should see a rectangular 25 pin plug. As you are looking at this plug from outside rear end of the truck the No 1 pin is the top right side, and the No. 14 pin is the bottom right side. The pin's voltages are as follows:
BV +
BV - Right direction contactor FWR
BV - Left direction contactor FWR
BV - Steer curve switch feed
Open
BV - Feed to current sensor
Open
15 V+ for accel transmitter
BV - From temp switches of motors
BV + To enable drive from timer
BV - Single pedal FWR
Open
Open
BV - Right direction contactor REV
BV - Left direction contactor REV
BV - From steering left curve switch
Open
BV - From timer
BV 7.5+ to 11.6+ max REV_7.5+ to 3.1+ volts max FWR
varies from 7.5+ to 10.5+ depends on truck's load
Open
BV- With hand brake off and foot brake up
No BV readings if single pedal BV- if dual pedal
BV- If a single pedal if REV is demanded
24 BV+ from power supply

Hi there

I know some of the older linde trucks used to bring the direction contactors off the foot pedal. Have you checked foot pedal ms1 switch and voltage wipe?
Also some of the older ones used to prevent the direction contactors from energizing if they detected motor problems whether it be brush wear or earth leakage.
