Discussion:
e35xl won't move

I work for a company that just bought a hyster e35xl. I don't know what year it is (it has just over 9k hours) but it won't move and the steering feels like its not even connected. The wheel won't "free spin" but there don't seem to be much resistance and the tires don't turn. If we sit in the seat and press the mono pedal to go forward nothing happens. I can hear it click but not sure if that is it trying to engage or if its just the contact making a noise. If we try reverse all we get is the alarm for backing up. If we are not sitting in the seat we do not get the alarm. As far as we can tell everything else seems to be working good. The s/n for this machine is c114v0617op. Any ideas on what we might be able to do to get this running would be great. Thanks in advance.
