Raymond Dash Code I02 In

Unit is a EASI R30TT, unit and all functions running OK, need to know what this code is and how to remove it to keep customer happy. Thanks

Yes I cleared the active maintenance code with the superword and then performed maintenace on unit to discover that the static strap was torn off, since this unit runs off and on wooden floors static is a problem so your comment on your last post makes sense, will put new strap on and put unit back into service to see what happens. Thanks

It's in active maintenance. Test i 02 is for the first speed mast switch. It shows on the display while cyou drive if the mast is un-nested. Do you have Superword or just Password? You have to clear any active maintenance tests. You may have entered this unintentionaly or there is a system card failure, VFC and firmware failure. Static or shorts to frame, bad battery will ruin these parts.

Yes I rechecked the dash is indicating "I02 In" but the funny thing is when customer was down for xmas holiday's and returned Monday the code disapeared but came back in 4 hours of use. I'am the only person with the superword. HUH?

That is "input 02" Not a trouble code. Someone left the truck in test mode. You have to get in with superword and clear the test. It's letting you see those values while in use.
Are you sure that is what is on the display?
