Sorry accell pot is a tps sensor off what seems to be the old mitsubishi galant car.I learned automotive fuel control long before forklifts.Seat/belt switch powers off key switch
ground by vcm. Power to accell pot from ecm ground by ecm.
Remember most all of the controlled fuel managment systems used today depend on varried power signal from
senders like accel pot.Direct ground would render accellerator inoperable

E24 is an accelerator pot error which is maybe what you were saying with TPS? But you should avoid using this term as that can confuse it with the throttle body control system.

By the way E34 is related to an ignition system fault and I would be inclined to look towards the IGN relay.

I would suggest that the issue is more with the chassis side of the system than the engine side, due to the belt being an influence. Check your negatives.
