Is there some kind of power steering and if so how does this works? Like a car with a vacuum valve from the inled of the caburettor!

first i should check for leaks in the circuit,if this ok, I would think in the master cylinder.
to remove any doubt will disassemble the wheels to check pads an brake cylinders.

Looks a bit strange too me, because if I hit the brake you feel totally nothing. It the pump is bad you should think that it would at least do something don't you?

If sometimes the pedal works well and has no leaks could have damaged the brake pump.
