Good deal petre, flush those regulators!!
and off course thank to seth who tried to send me schematics,
all the best
hi,
problem solved, it was what chubil sayd the o-ring in the head of injector,
thanks all of you for great suport and the professional manner shown in your post,
this is a great forum,
best regards
These LP injectors are notorious for sticking. I have three FG35 Komatsu's that do it constantly. At the end of the injectors are tiny o-ring seals that bind in the chamber. Dont know if this is your problem, flushing out the fuel reg per manufacturer recommendations helped. Gotta do it with the engine hot though. Also make sure your coil resistances are within range. Ed T is right about the training, if you do not vent the fuel system prior to removing the injectors, they will pop up right in your face when you remove the last screw, even in front of the lock-off.
the lock-off is located between the hose from the tank and before the regulator. in your truck I think it would be in the drivers left side, near the radiator and fan, but tucked into the corner near the leg of the overhead guard.
I would strongly urge everyone to get the proper training and information before attempting any repair on any product (not just in this subject we are discussing here).
a -little- knowledge can be a very dangerous thing.
thank you,
it is hard if missing schematic but slowly and reading topics in this forum sun is rising,
if i don't ask to much i have 3 connectors on throtle body injector, injector assistant and pressure sensor if it correct,
where is located lpg lock off valve exactly on throtle body or in lpg preregulator,
once again thank for reply
regards
this injector is indeed PWM (pulse wavelength modulated) and has an "assistant" injector right next to it in the throttle body. however if you hear gas even after the motor is turned off then you may have a bad LPG lock off valve (this unit's schematics may call it an LPG interceptor valve) which is located in the LPG lines before the 2 stage regulator.
there is on some of these trucks an LPG injector "Driver" box that is mounted inside the engine compartment right near the ECM
code f02 is from a low battery voltage condition
I would suggest that you start with "check-replace" of the relays in the box next to the fuse box, and be sure of the battery voltage and Alt output, as low voltage when running can set all sorts of weird codes.
hi,
nobody...
the engine is lpg nissan year 2005 first i have f04, solved, it is one switch behind seat,
crank but not starting...
now i don't have error on display
i see is one injector on some kind of carburettor and checking wires it is powered not from ecm but one interface ,
i think the problem is command to this injector because i hear gas leakage inside even i switch ignition off,
my question is: the injector is pwm actuated also i see in forum injector assistant?
