Toyota 6FBRS15 Reach Truck Lifting Problem

I'm hoping someone can help me with my Toyota 6FBRS15 reach truck here. My worker dismantled the gear box to change the seals due to oil leaking. When he fixed back the gear box, suddenly the truck is unable to move & lift or tilt at the same time. There is no error code. However, moving without lifting/tilting/reaching is ok. Lifting/tilting/reaching when truck is stopped is also ok. I heard that this is a safety feature on the truck & we have to do some setting but I don't know how. Please help.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
