Hyster electric walkie pallet truck error code

Hi the error that appears is AL07 and the truck stops.Can you help. There is no label at the truck.

al 7 is a fault in either the tillarcard or the cable up the tillar. check for damage to the cable and also check if the sensor at the bottom of the tillar is working..

I have an AL7 for a hyster pallet truck which states controller temperature out of range.

Dont know if thats the correct one and whether it is usefull.
