CROWN 30RCTT-S SERIAL H-7007

THIS UNIT HAS AN EV-1 SYSTEM. with out load truck runs just fine when wheels touch the ground it acts like the brakes are lock up and the motors pulse back and forth. Components changed already ev-1 card rec #2, compasitor, rec 23 and both snubb filters and potenometer still same problem. Has anyone came across this problem and what was the fix?

HI justinm. wheel cylindars for brakes battery ok truck does have shorts. found pump motor grounding to frame changed motor still no difference. went through power cables to motors and control panel everything checks out. I did change the duel motor card due to the card being damaged. I only have problems when load is put on truck battery volts only drop to 34.9

does it have hydraulic brakes?

hows the battery?
hook up a voltmeter and watch the volts as you accelerate

check for shorts to frame
look for loose or dirty connections (on the motor and battery cables)

is it doing something like this?
