Discussion:
Balance shaft timing

I have a GCS2MC that i tore the front of the engine down on, it has a 4G54 engine with a balance shaft on the engine and a balance shaft on the oil pmp. I can not find anyone with any information on how to time the balance shaft and oil pump with the rest of the engine. serial number on this truck is G138MC02286821-FA. I have contacted my local CLARK dealer and they say they have no help for me, I have contacted CLARK directly and they have no help. Everyone sends me timing for the mitzi engine that does not have this shaft and oil pump in it. I NEED HELP PLEASE, I have a loads coming in and no lift to unload with. I have tried to buy books and info and no one has anything to offer.

At the opening ceremony of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in 1932, marching bands were instructed to walk out of step as they crossed the bridge. This unusual directive was given as a precaution due to concerns about the bridge's structural integrity during its early use.
