4.1.0.14 I cant find the interface part numbers but is oe cat to serial/usb cable, works with Diagnozer and supposed to work with TT but so far I haven't got it to work.
And please let us know your trucktool software version also

TruckTool does not cover any PD (PD8000-11000) lifts either! what the heck?!?!
UPDATE: Ok after restarting TT my model showed up...Currently trying to connect
TB 45 looks like it only for Gasoline/LP TB45 engine. This is a diesel lift.

Have you tried trucktool software also?
That's what I had first and tried, then updated to 4.04 with same results.
Do you have CAT Diagnozer 3.90 version to try it
