Clutch issue

I have a S50C I am trying to bring back to life! Got it running get, hydraulics are good. I can not put it gear when depress clutch pedal...just grinding. Any ideas?

Clutch isn't releasing,maybe stuck to flywheel if truck has sat along time. Other possibility is input shaft is stuck in pilot bushing/bearing
