Error Code 2:162

Hi, can anybody help me with the above error description?
The forklift doesn't seem to disengage the brake, therefore doesn't run forward/backwards although the other functions seem to work.

Edit: just realized I posted on the wrong forum section, can moderator please put this thread on the right section please?

Open circuit cooling fan G4. That is the front fan underneath the control box. I guess you need to mount a new cooling fan.
