No power

Calling any old Cat guys. M50B
The customer spent a boat load on repainting and a new battery. 36 volt, currently 37.5 v.
The truck has no guts. It will not even pull over a 2x4. Maxes out at 60 amps.
Any direction would be appreciated.

Could be an issue with one of the drive motor fields could be an open at a field connection inside the motor. Also check to see if the drive motor is connected correctly. Older DC motors do vibrate although not enough to notice but enough to cause ridged motors connections to break creating an open circuit.
