E-30 and E-31 error code

Hi everyone, first sorry for my english ;)

I have problem with forklift nissan p1d1a15q. When I start engine, I see two errors e30 and e31, when I want to go and put gear Forward or R.. it cant move. Engine not react for pedal of acceleration. Please help :)
