Was wondering if the terminal resisters could the problem and were are they located at on a erco50zgn

You need to start at the key switch and check for voltage.

Could the dash be the problem since it won't come on and nothing else comes on

If this is a ZG unit it does not have termination resistors. It is either a transistor control or it is SCR controlled.
