Discussion:
hydraulic contactor sticking

I recently replaced a hydraulic contactor for sticking. It still sticks and had a lot of stray voltage, I changed the battery with better stray voltage. the problem is still intermittent and contactor sometimes does not hold in as well. Also the back up alarm comes on in forward as well as reverse. I am going to add another static strap. any other ideas of what could be the problem?

Did you ever find a fix for this issue because I am having the exact same issue. I changed the contacts and coil and I am still getting the stray voltage on contact.
