no start

Hey everyone,

we have a cat c5000, no start, good spark fuel etc. no codes stored or on dash. what i am noticing is when i choke it manually with my hand over the air horn it fires almost every time, remove my hand and the truck will drive and idle like a top. anyone come across this yet?
