Discussion:
Random impact sensor error

Keep getting a impact sensor error disabling the lift. The truck is a Hyster E50XL.
Replace impact sensor twice. Troubleshot InfoLink wiring but no good. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

most impact monitor systems i know of have a sensitivity setting, maybe it's set too sensitive? or is it an actual fault/error?
if so and you've replaced the sensor twice and it still faults out then maybe it's either the cable to it or the main box is just bad.
i would say call crown but i doubt they would help you, i know them and they are very tight with info.
But just knowing these systems like i do know, they are ALL troublesome in one way or the other.

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
