What leads you to believe that LiftOne is unethical? How is it that you've ever had contact with LiftOne being that they are not currently located in your area.....(but soon will be)?

Briggs does have a nice profit sharing plan, once you are vested, but they don't give ALL their profits to the employees. If they did they couldn't afford to buy out other lift companies.

wow, LiftOne already is a dealer for the products of Caterpillar Lift trucks, Mitsubishi Forklifts, Jungheinrich, Linde, and a few other brands, I wonder how 'arms length' this will have to be to keep both NACCO and MCFA happy?

I am guessing Elvis has really left the building now.

"it's not rocket surgery"
Just heard that Barloworld is getting out of the lift truck business in the USA and selling out to Briggs Equipment and Lift One. Guess I cannot say I am surprised they had really become a mediocre at best dealer over the last several years.

edward t,

They used to be pretty daggum big. They've gotten a lot smaller in the last 4 or 5 years. I hear that they're fixin to get really, really small. There might not be enough life boats available. Did you ever see the movie Titanic?
