We are planning on acquiring two STS cranes next year, 18-20 rows wide, we see many different brand names in the market, we would like to know what each of them can offer, in terms of capital and maintenance cost, as well as performance and reliability, thank you

i don't know much about cranes, I'm a forklift tech
but you might want to check on grove (already mentioned)
yale/eaton, pinnacle , i'm sure there are others
But it all depends on what type of crane you are wanting info on.
Not sure you will find much on a forklift forum though.
Cranes are designed to cover a wide range of modern industrial demands, providing excellent value for money with no compromise on performance.
I think Grove is always a good go-to if you're looking for a lot of power, It really depends. Link-belt/manitowic are also effiicient for specific warehouse solutions. I've worked at companies like www.spexpress.com, the 3PL Distribution & Consulting Service Center for Los Angeles, and have seen a number of brands being used for operations of all sizes. If you are looking for something with a lot of power, then you really have to think long term for storage, transportation, etc. These factors are often overlooked, but being in the pick and pack service industry, where online order fulfillment is based upon physical space, we think about the space used in the warehouse solutions, for both the good ands the equipment that handles and delivers the goods in the distribution solution.
