Discussion:
Strange sound from the hydraulic distributor

Hello everyone,
I need your help. Today, when I started working with a forklift, everything was fine at first. Later, when lifting with a load and when lowering (even when lowering when empty), a noise began to come from the distributor (I think it was from the distributor because the sound came from that area). some strange squeak. I am attaching the recording. At the end of work, it magically quieted down. Have any of you experienced something similar? Do you think something could have happened? I've had it for a few years now and this is the first time something like this has happened. The forklift is a Toyota 42-7FGF15. Distributor on solenoid valves (joysticks in the armrest). I don't know if something just got stuck from standing. But at the beginning everything was fine for over half an hour of work. Only then it started beeping and at the end of the work there was sudden silence. This sound appeared when working up and down, when tilting the mast and when moving it sideways.
