Straddle legs won't lift, lifting function cut off

Hi y'all I'm new here,

I am working on a clients Atlet ergo stand on which has shut down all lifting functions after the straddle legs were lowered, I have checked the fuses, relays, wiring loom, sensors and it ain't throwing any error code.

What could the problem be

Hi y'all,

I was able to get a zapi handset and I now get " INPUT ERROR #1" any help will be appreciated.
